The Delta 1000 Bed is a truly universal solution, compatible with Drive’s and most other manufacturers’ bed ends, both old and new. Its innovative transition box on the foot section allows easy interchangeability and rotation of the high/low shaft. Designed with home aesthetics in mind, the taller headboard and wood grain panels are both break and scratch-resistant. With color-coded labels and springs for precise side rail installation, patient safety is assured. The bed is easy to set up, with a height-adjustable motor pre-installed on the foot section, and a top-mounted Hi/Lo crank for caregiver convenience.

Featuring a unique, self-contained motor that minimizes weight and noise, the Delta 1000 offers a deck height range of 9 ½" to 23 ½". The motor assembly can be installed and removed while the patient is in bed, and it operates with a UL-approved motor. In case of a power failure, a 9-volt battery in the hand control can lower the head and foot sections up to nine times. With a weight capacity of 450 lbs, zinc-coated spring deck, and an available extension kit to increase the length, the Delta 1000 combines strength, safety, and ease of use in one robust package.
