Return Policy

Wholesaler will provide a 14 days return policy during which a customer may return an item that is in re-sellable condition, unless agreed otherwise prior to return (at their own expense).  Wholesaler will also provide a return policy for any defective items as long as any claims are placed within 14 days of the item being received. Wholesaler will not provide any policy for any claims placed on an item after 30 days of being received. Innucare Health shall verify contents of shipment upon receipt and be notified on any discrepancy. No claims shall be allowed unless made immediately upon receipt of shipment. Returns are subject to restocking charges of 20% of the original sale price of the merchandise and all returns must be new, boxed and undamaged.
